Process

Generally drawings or plans are required to meet current construction and Planning legislation. Occassionally they are for presentation purposes or to convey a persons thoughts and ideas, converting them into some form of graphic representation to share with others. When it is the former of these two that is required, the guidelines for identifying the need for consent are briefly identified below. These are by no means comprehensive as Planning and Construction laws are numerous and complex, but this should provide an overview. The information below relates in particular to domestic development.
