3D imagery is fast becomingIng an intergral part of modelling and presenting proposals in a near photo realistic way. To sell concepts to Clients and Planners it is more and more important to be able to demonstrate what the end product will look like before a brick is laid on site. In conjunction with our alliance partner 'Creative Venom' we have the ability to offer industry cutting edge 3D design services.
The cost of producing 3D renderings will vary. The degree of realism desired by the
client will dictate the level of detail and accuracy required from the render.
As an example we have highlighted three examples that demonstrate the variance in the levels of realism. It is important to have a clear idea of the ‘style’ or ‘feel’ you want to portray, as this too will influence your choice.
We have three packages available, Bronze, Silver and Gold and these are priced individually.

Gold
Ensures graphic or animated content for effective marketing, with the advantage of ‘real’ visualisations often before any building work has been started.
High level of detail – in most cases, photo-realistic renders can be produced, although large volumes of rendering time are necessary.
Bespoke interiors can be designed (if required) and rendered to echo any theme or portray any particular style.
As an example, a two bedroom apartment would take between two-three weeks to produce.

Silver
Ensures graphic or animated content for effective planning. The advantage of visuals (mainly prototypes) often before a rigid project brief has emerged, conjures huge excitement and forms many points for discussion.
Moderate level of detail without the sophisticated interplay of light and shade felt in our Gold package. Rendering time can sill be a load on this type of project (subject to exact requirements) but noticeably quicker than our Gold package.
Interiors would normally be constructed from our libraries or very simple shapes can be created and moderately textured if necessary. The advantage over our Bronze package is that realistic textures can be used instead of only using solid colour.
Please note that by choosing this package you are not limited from upgrading to our Gold package at a later stage of your project if you discover the need for greater detail or that photo-realistic finish.
One-two weeks to produce.

Bronze
Very quick to produce, ideal for planning in the very early stages of a project. Excellent for layouts and suggestions of how a space could be occupied.
Low level of detail without the realistic textures felt in our Silver package. Rendering time is extremely quick and therefore making this package very affordable.
Interiors will be constructed from our libraries.
Please note that by choosing this package you could be limited from upgrading to our Silver or Gold packages at a later stage of your project, if you discover the need for greater detail or that photo-realistic finish. This is due to the switch in software applications required to achieve particular renders.
