Architecture

Our main focus of business is in design. We offer a comprehensive design service from feasibility studies and asset reviews to full working drawings for all domestic, commercial and industrial projects. With changes in Licensing laws we can also provide Public Houses, restaurants and nightclubs with coloured layouts of their premises to meet the requirements of the Local Authorities. We deal with submission to Local Authorities for both Planning permission and Building regulations. Acting as your agent we remove the problems of meeting current legislation.

Building Surveying

As qualified chartered surveyors we can undertake condition and building surveys for house purchases and rental valuations. We are not however Structural Engineers but can supply this service through our Alliance partnerships.

Construction Consultancy

We can provide contract and project management services for a variety of projects. We also have the ability to manage facilities at both domestic and commercial level. We can also manage projects under the Construction Design Management Regulations 1994 providing Planning Supervision services.
