Jubilee Road - Semi Detached dwellings
This project was for a private individual who was looking to maximise the value of her property. Her home had a large area of garden which was little used. A study showing various options and returns identified the optimum design which provided maximum saleable value was a pair of semi detached dwellings. Sited in a picturesque rural setting, the design needed to reflect the local vernacular and meet the clients brief of being an environmentally friendly development.

Turner Heights Northdown Road - 40 apartments
Northdown Road is the main high street of Cliftonville which has a mixture of retail and residential units. This scheme positions 40 apartments on a site formerly occupied by a garage, so both decontamination and environmental monitoring were required before work started on site.

West Elevation
Harbour Mews Broadstairs
A charming development central to the town centre on a brown field site, 9 fishermans houses and 12 apartments make up this sought after development. The site, whilst extremely tight, reflected the central town location.

Cannongate West Cliff Road Ramsgate
Cannongate is an exciting new development of 19 two bedroom apartments and 5 four bedroomed town houses that sits on the corner of West Cliff Road and Addington Street. Just a 5 minute walk from the Royal Harbour and central to the town of Ramsgate, these units have proved popular with new buyers.

Westbrook Avenue
A simple extension which involved several scheme proposals before the client obtained the space he wanted. This extension sat on a split level from the main house which allowed a modern kitchen to overlook a one and half storey height space living area. To maximise light, glass was introduced to the roof as well as end and side wall. To assist in allowing the client to understand how the space would work, both the inside and outside were 3D modelled to permit a walk through the extension.
