Our services are as follows;
Architecture
Our main focus of business is in design. We offer a comprehensive design service from feasibility studies and asset reviews to full working drawings for all domestic, commercial and industrial projects. We often work using 3 dimensional modelling especially when analysing impact of overshadowing and sun path studies. We deal with submission to Local Authorities for both Planning permission and Building regulations. Acting as the clients agent we remove the problems of meeting current legislation.
Building Surveying
As qualified Chartered Building Surveyors we can undertake condition and building surveys for house purchases and rental valuations. We are not however Structural Engineers but can supply this service through our Alliance partnerships.
Construction Consultancy
We can provide contract and project management services for a variety of projects. We can also manage projects under the Construction Design Management Regulations 2007 providing Planning Co-ordinator services.
Energy Assessment
We are fully qualified energy assessors and can undertake SAP calculations , TER's and DER's for submission to Local Authority
